Pequeño pero bonito es este precioso cottage para 2 personas, a solo un km del casco antiguo de Pollensa. Está situado de manera idílica y tranquila al pie de las montañas de la Serra de Tramuntana, lo que lo convierte en un punto de partida ideal para numerosas excursiones en los atractivos alrededores. Un camino pavimentado le llevará a su casa de vacaciones, que está rodeada de una parcela de 3.500 m². Directamente en la casa hay una terraza cubierta, equipada con asientos cómodos que invita a quedarse. Acompañado de una lectura agradable o una copa de vino, podrá relajarse y disfrutar del silencio reconfortante que le rodea. Justo al lado encontrará otra zona de terraza, también amueblada, que se puede cubrir si es necesario con velas de sol sombrías. Esto hace que las comidas al aire libre sean un verdadero placer. Se pueden preparar sabrosos platos a la parrilla.

Hay una tabla de planchar y una plancha disponibles. Una conexión a internet inalámbrica permite el contacto en línea con conocidos o amigos.
El dormitorio con aire acondicionado promete noches reparadoras. La zona de estar y comedor también están climatizadas, de modo que incluso en los días de verano calurosos se mantiene una temperatura interior agradable. Los aires acondicionados tienen función de frío-calor. Además, hay un baño con ducha, lavabo e inodoro, que completa las buenas características de su casa de vacaciones.
Se puede ir andando a hacer la compra, a restaurantes típicos y cafés acogedores en Pollenca. El casco antiguo histórico le seducirá con su encanto único. Calles estrechas esperan ser descubiertas. El mercado dominical de alimentos y verduras ofrece una variedad de productos de producción local. Vistas magníficas le esperan desde la cumbre del Monte Calvario, que no es fácil de subir con sus 365 escalones. También el Puig de Maria, con su famoso monasterio, merece una visita. Una vez allí, siempre vale la pena probar la deliciosa paella en el pintoresco restaurante y no perderse los deliciosos postres.
Para nadar o tomar el sol solo tiene que conducir unos minutos y estará en las hermosas playas de arena de Puerto Pollensa o Cala San Vicente. El campo de golf está a solo 4 km, por lo que los golfistas apasionados pueden practicar su hobby durante las vacaciones.

Sehr gut: im neuen Bett schläft man wie ein Baby! Und mit dem Care-Paket (Salz/Pfeffer/ Öl usw.) fühlt man sich gleich willkommen! Herrlich ist die Grillecke- Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstück inklusive! Sauberkeit top, ebenso der wöchentliche Handtuchwechsel.
Besonders wertschätzend ist die Kommunikation mit NordVillas:-)
Ein Zuhause auf Zeit in einer der schönsten Ecken der Insel!

Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist der Stadtkern Pollencas fußläufig rasch zu erreichen.
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt.

Der Pool dort in Rostolla ist 7 Meter lang, er ist etwas kleiner als in anderen Villen, aber das Haus ist auch nur für 2 Personen.
Ich habe mich beim Eigentümer erkundigt und der Pool wird Mitte der Woche und auch am Anreisetag kontrolliert/gereinigt. Wir hatten in letzter Zeit viele Probleme mit rotem Sandregen und Schwebestaub in der Luft von Saraha, was zu Problemen mit unseren Pools führte.
Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch auf Mallorca wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

Die Finca ist für zwei Personen optimal und sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Dank des Pools muss man nicht an den überfüllten und schmutzigen Strand (Muro).

We have stayed in Puerto Pollenca on a number of occasions but as we love to hike and no longer have children with us we thought we´d try the old town. We had the most wonderful holiday. The position and setting for Rostolla is superb. Just 5 minutes stroll along a picturesque country lane to the ancient Pont de Roma, the gateway to Pollenca. Besides the lovely shops in town it is 5 minutes drive to a couple of large supermarkets and 10 to the Port. The views from the villa are breathtaking. To the NW open views towards PP, SE is Pollenca with Puig de Maria behind and SW the majestic Tramuntana mountains. To the NW, our favourite, an amazing view of the tree clad gorge guarding the entry to the Ternelles valley. There are large grounds, excellently maintained by the owners, containing various fruit trees. There is a small, almost new swimming pool and you have total privacy. The outdoor furniture is exactly as shown in the pictures. Inside it is very tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and everything you need. The cooking pans, pots, utensils etc are of a much better quality than you usually find in a rental villa. The internet connection was excellent. The owners clearly take great care of the property but in a very discreet manner. The management company, Nord Villas, were efficient, helpful and friendly throughout. The large, good quality pool towels they provided were a real bonus. We would thoroughly recommend them and certainly hope to stay at Rostolla again.
