Idyllic location close to Selva. The well-kept garden with large lawn areas offer plenty of space and great views of the Tramuntana mountains.
The house has been completely renovated and can accommodate max. 2 adults.
All rooms are located on one single floor. 1 double bedroom with fireplace, 1 open studio with 2 additional single beds, modern kitchen with large dining area and access to the living room which is located at the front of the house and has direct access to the covered terrace. The large terrace is the ideal place to enjoy meals outdoors.
The private swimming pool with pool house is approx 10x4 large.
Daily shopping can be quickly performed in the beautiful neighbouring mountain town of Selva.
The beautiful beaches of the North are also within easy reach by car. Wifi included in the price.
Booking fee: 80,00€ to pay on arrival.
A baby cot and high chair are included in the price.
All extras are to be paid on arrival.
Change of linen and towels only for stays of 14 nights or more.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
The firewood and gas heating are not included in the price.
During the stay in the accommodation, ONLY THE OCCUPATION BY THE PEOPLE FOR WHOM IT HAS BEEN RESERVED, not being able in any case to exceed the maximum occupancy of the reserved accommodation.

A little bit better aircondition in the sleeping area, its was 35-40C outdoor and then its not strong enough to get this area cold, or one more in the kitchen area, can might help.

The Cupboards did smell a bit wet/damp/musty, but that might be because the Finca was not in use over the whole lock down period and we were the first guests after this.

A beautiful villa, situated between Inca and Selva. Great pool with an indoor/outdoor eating area, outside toilet (brilliant idea, as we were continually outside and in the pool), with a well maintained garden. The villa was in a quiet residential area 34 other villas, felt a very safe area, a car is essential. Any questions/issues were answered and dealt with extremely efficiently. A super holiday on a beautiful island.

11/06/2019 Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Diese wunderschöne kleine Finca ist mit so viel Liebe und Herz gestaltet, dass man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Die Ausstattung ist extrem geschmackvoll und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist von allem genügend vorhanden (Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck) und alles sehr gepflegt. Selbst der „Waschkeller“ ist total ansprechend und sauber. Die kleine Toilette am Pool ist super. Ich hoffe, es hält jeden davon ab, ins Becken zu machen. Die tägliche Reinigung des Pools mit dem Netz empfanden wir als nicht störend und haben gern dieses hübsche Objekt gepflegt. Der Blick abends ins Tramuntana Gebirge - einfach wunderschön.
Ebenso möchte wir die hervorragende Betreuung durch Bellmon erwähnen. Immer da - immer Service orientiert. Top! Unseren besonderen Dank an Joana.
Wir haben uns - nicht nur durch das sehr persönliche Willkommensgeschenk - absolut zuhause gefühlt und uns wunderbar erholt. Wir kommen wieder..... und haben schon gebucht.
