Description

Villa Rosaleda is set back approx 300m from the road which runs mid-way from old town Pollensa and the beach, shops and resort of Puerto Pollensa with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Cala St. Vicente too. Nestled in the countryside located on a country lane set in its own semi- secluded grounds.

3 stone steps lead up to a covered entrance terrace. Feature stone arch leads to the front door which opens into a small vestibule. French glass doors open into the entrance hall. To the left is a light and bright open-plan lounge with its ample sofas and dining area. This room has two sets of glass french doors leading out onto 2 covered terraces both with ample terrace furniture and also having a large refectory table seating 12! Both terraces having access to the gardens and pool. Infront of the entry hall door opens into a large spacious fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs and separate pantry. There is a door leading off the kitchen to the covered terrace at the side of the villa.

To the right of the hallway leads to the bedroom zone. On the left a sliding door opens into a small inner vestibule, to the right is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, to the left its private complete bathroom with overhead shower. At the end of the hall on the left is a twin bedroom with delicate lilac colour bed covers, and fitted wardrobes, a complete bathroom with overhead shower. On the right a twin bedroom with stylish turquoise stripped bed covers and fitted wardrobes. The two twin bedrooms share the complete bathroom on this lower level.

At the rear of the property "exterior" stairs lead up to the upper top level of the villa, which is self-contained. There is a large uncovered balcony at the top of the stairs with lovely views. Door opens into open-plan lounge/dining and american style fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Door leads out onto an uncovered balcony patio again with nice views. Door leads off the dining to the bedrooms. On the right a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, at the end of the hall a further twin bedroom with freestanding wardrobe and complete bathroom with overhead shower. All three bedrooms share the complete bathroom.

The stunning pool garden area located at the front of the villa is accessed by a small security latch gate with fencing around the gardens and gated pool 9'90x5 meters with a depth of 1'20 to 2'30, ideal if children in the party. The pool with its solar heated Jacuzzi with solar energy is surrounded by terrace on three sides, and manicured lawns on three sides its location is semi–secluded. The fabulous built-in covered BBQ with its own small bar fridge, two wash bowls, curved stone seating with cushions and stylish stone dining table and bench seating, completes this truly idyllic spot for outdoor enjoyment during your stay. Adjacent to the BBQ is a stylish exterior shower room with its beige tiles and step in shower recess. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Private parking.

The villa was well located, safe for children, very well appointed and equipped with beautiful gardens to relax in. The pool with it's jacuzzi section made it a hit with adults and children alike. The weather was fantastic so what was there not to like? The villa was ideal for taking advantage of the beach at Puerto Pollensa and the Old Town of Pollensa for shops and eateries. I highly recommend this property.

We spent nearly all our time outside and Jose kindly got bikes for the children . Older guests loved the table tennis. There were also lots of pool lilos etc and toys for our youngest member to play with. My sons loved the barbecue. I also loved the garden.
