A lovely holiday villa set amongst the picturesque backdrop of the Sierra de Tramontana mountain range, very near the town of Selva.

Selva is an attractive, historical town far removed from the tourist mega resorts in the South. A slower pace of life is enjoyed here with strolling the streets, long lunches and trips to the market and church particularly pleasant.

The nearest beach is just twenty minutes away by car as is the island´s capital Palma de Mallorca, ideal for day trips.

The villa itself boasts a private position in spectacular gardens. Meticulously tended lawns with palms creating lovely shady spots, a beautiful pool, in a suntrap and accompanied by elegant double sun beds under a gazebo. Furthermore, right by the house is a large covered terrace- fully furnished for lounging with a drink admiring the sun setting over the hills and equally for convivial al fresco meals.

Casa Bergamo is a typical Mallorca style villa with a stone façade and exposed stone walls inside, making it a cool refuge from the constant sun (It is also fitted with air-conditioning and central heating).

The whole house has been decorated in a simple but attractive style, maintaining the traditional features whilst incorporating all modern amenities for guests´ comfort and convenience.

On entering there is a large hallway leading upstairs and to the spacious living-dining room with a LCD television and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully-equipped for your self-catering needs and leads directly onto the terrace.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one with twin beds and two with doubles along with two bathrooms. There is also a small bed for infants.

There is a guest house with an additional guest bedroom for 1 person.  (total sleeps 8 max.)

Villa Tramontana is an excellent choice for a family holiday to the island, with a relaxing atmosphere, great facilities and convenient location.
